Return & Replacement Policy
1.If the product is received with defects, damage, or missing parts and needs to be replaced, please contact us within 7 days from the reception. We will deal with it as soon as possible.
2.A 7-day cooling-off period is provided from the day you receive your order (including holidays), allowing you to seek advice, evaluate, and compare the item with other competing products. Products to be returned or replaced must be sent back in their original packaging. Your shopping rights will be fully protected.
3.To return or exchange a product: the item should be returned in the same condition in which it was received with all included parts (such as the main device, accessories, inner and outer packaging, attached documentation, free gifts, and promotional gifts)
4.The following conditions may affect your rights to return a product:
- The packaging is damaged or the seal, tag, sticker, or label is removed for reasons unrelated to inspection.
- You had been offered a chance to inspect the product before receiving it.
- The product is damaged, destroyed, or altered due to causes unrelated to inspection or due to reasons attributable to you
5.Please include the paper invoice you received with the parcel when returning the item.
6.Please pack the returned item in the original packaging and the cardboard box from the shipping company. If you cannot find the original cardboard box, please wrap the item in its original packaging and put it in another cardboard box. Do not stick any paper or write on the original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, the item cannot be returned or a damage charge will be deducted from the refund.
7.After requesting a return/replacement, please ask the shipping company for a receipt and keep the receipt until the return/replacement process is completed in case you have any questions.
